Who we are

Who this covers

We work only with companies. This policy covers people who see our ads, visit helios.live or send us their details on behalf of a company. A work name, email or phone number is still personal data, so these rules apply to it.

What we collect

• Facebook and Instagram lead forms: your name, work email, phone number, company, role and your answers to the form. Meta sends them to us when you submit the form.
• Meta Pixel: pages you visit on our site, actions such as submitting a form, your IP address, browser details and cookie identifiers.
• Contact form, email and calls: what you send or tell us.

The Client Leak Diagnostic and the booking chat have their own privacy notice.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer your request and prepare or carry out a contract with your company: steps before a contract, and contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in dealing with the company you represent (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To contact company representatives about our services: our legitimate interest in business development (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time.
• To measure ads and show them to relevant audiences with the Meta Pixel: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• To issue invoices and keep accounting records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Meta Pixel and cookies

The Meta Pixel runs only after you accept it on our site. To withdraw your consent, delete the cookies of helios.live in your browser or email us. Withdrawing does not affect what happened before.

Meta Platforms Ireland Limited also receives this data and uses it under its own privacy policy.

Who receives your data

• Meta, for the ads, lead forms and the Meta Pixel.
• The providers that host our site, email and calendar.
• Anthropic, for the AI assistant in the booking chat.
• Our payment provider and our accountant, if you become a client.
• Public authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your data. Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Leads who do not become clients: up to 180 days from the last contact.
• Meta Pixel cookies: up to 90 days.
• Client records: for the duration of the contract and as long as the law requires afterwards.
• Invoices and accounting documents: for the period set by Romanian accounting law.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent. Write to office@helios.live. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP.

How to delete your data

1. Email office@helios.live with the subject “Delete my data”, from the address you gave us if you can.
2. Include your name, your company and the phone number you gave us, so we can find your records.
3. If we cannot tell that the request comes from you, we will ask you to confirm it.
4. Within 30 days we delete your data from our lead and contact records, stop contacting you, remove you from the audiences we use in Meta, and confirm by email.

We keep only what the law requires, such as invoices, and a short record of your request so we can show it was handled.

To remove data held by Meta itself, go to Your activity off Meta technologies in your Facebook account, and change how ads reach you in Ad preferences.

When this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page with a new date.
