Who we are
Helios Live is the controller of your data. Contact: office@helios.live.
What we collect
Your name, company, email address and your answers to the questionnaire. We also count, without cookies and without storing who you are, how many people start and finish the questionnaire.
Why
To produce and deliver your diagnosis report and, if you buy it, the premium report, and to book the call you ask for.
Booking chat
When you book a call in the chat at helios.live/programare, we collect what you write, your name, your email and the time you choose. If you come from the link in your report, the link carries your name and email, encrypted.
The chat is answered by an AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic), which receives your messages to write the replies. Your booking is saved in our calendar and the invitation is sent to your email.
One cookie keeps your conversation open for 24 hours. Chat messages are kept up to 180 days. The booking stays in our calendar as the record of the meeting.
How long
Answers and email are kept up to 180 days. Report download files are deleted after 7 days (free) or 30 days (premium).
Who sees it
No one, for marketing. If you choose to buy the premium report, the payment is processed by the payment provider.

Ce colectăm
Numele tău, firma, adresa de email și răspunsurile la chestionar. Mai numărăm, fără cookie-uri și fără să reținem cine ești, câți oameni încep și termină chestionarul.
De ce
Ca să întocmim și să-ți trimitem raportul de diagnostic și, dacă îl cumperi, raportul premium, și ca să programăm apelul pe care îl ceri.
Chatul de programare
Când programezi un apel în chatul de pe helios.live/programare, colectăm ce scrii, numele tău, emailul și ora aleasă. Dacă vii din linkul din raport, linkul îți poartă numele și emailul, criptate.
Chatului îi răspunde un asistent AI (Claude, de la Anthropic), care primește mesajele tale ca să scrie răspunsurile. Programarea se salvează în calendarul nostru, iar invitația îți vine pe email.
Un cookie îți păstrează conversația deschisă 24 de ore. Mesajele din chat se păstrează cel mult 180 de zile. Programarea rămâne în calendarul nostru ca evidență a întâlnirii.
Cât timp
Răspunsurile și emailul se păstrează cel mult 180 de zile. Fișierele raportului se șterg după 7 zile (gratuit) sau 30 de zile (premium).
Cine le vede
Nimeni, în scop de marketing. Dacă alegi să cumperi raportul premium, plata este procesată de furnizorul de plăți.
